Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Melissa Miri. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments and Bookings
All therapy sessions are by appointment only and can be booked online via https://www.melissamiri.com or by https://melissa-miri-25263.planway.com.
Confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email upon successful booking.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. If under 18, parental consent is required.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before each session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment must be made within 24 hours after making your booking in order for the booking to be finally confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, paypal and MobilePay.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed sessions will be charged at the full rate.
Cancellations must be made via melissamirimail@gmail.com, and a confirmation of the cancellation will be sent.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Forbrugeraftaleloven)
Under Danish law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for services within 14 days from the date of booking.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Melissa Miri in writing via email at melissamirimail@gmail.com.
If the session has been completed or partially performed within the 14-day period at your request, the right to withdraw no longer applies, and no refund will be provided.

7. Disclaimer
The services provided by Melissa Miri are for therapeutic purposes only and do not replace medical or psychiatric advice.
By engaging in therapy, you acknowledge that Melissa Miri is not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the therapy provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
Melissa Miri shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the therapy session in question.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Melissa Miri reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via https://melissamiri.com.
Continued use of services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
